Voltage Regulator 12v to 24v using 7812

Image
V oltage regulator 12v to 24v using 7812 . What many people do not know is it possible for a voltage regulator IC to provide an output voltage higher than its actual value. One method to achieve this is by connecting the "common" terminal to the middle point of a potential divider, but the problem with this method is that the regulators IC has a small quiescent current (~ 10 mA) flowing out the common terminal to ground. The circuit presented here avoids the problems of using the IC regulator to raise the voltage via the transistor Q1 to generate a low impedance to the common terminal video controller during the transfer of the voltage divider from a resistor divider network relatively high. The value of R3 is not critical, but should be low enough to accept the higher quiescent current without causing problems for T1. Voltage Regulator 12v to 24v Circuit Diagram

Metronome Generator Circuit using NE555

Image
Here is a simple circuit with NE555 IC that can be used to generate metronomes. Such circuit is very useful for those who learn music. The circuit is simply an astable multivibrator NE555 cable around. The components R1, R2 and C1 determine the frequency Notes. The circuit can be wired on a general purpose PCB or common board. The circuit can be powered from a 9V PP3 battery. The POT R1 can be used to adjust the rhythm of the sound. The POT R2 can be used as volume control. The speaker k1 can be a n 8 Ohm tweeter.

Volume Controller Equalizer with using LM1036

Image
This volume controller equalizer electronic project is designed using LM1036 DC tone volume controller with volume and balance circuit for stereo applications .An additional control input of the LM1036 allows loudness compensation to be simply effected. Volume Controller Equalizer Circuit diagram The four control inputs of the LM1036 volume controller provides control of the bass, treble, balance and volume functions through application of DC voltages from a remote control system or, alternatively, from four potentiometers which may be biased from a zenner regulated supply provided on the circuit. Each tone response is defined by a single capacitor chosen to give the desired characteristic.

Scaling Analog Input using SCL Instruction in PLC Scale Data

Image
Scaling Analog Input using SCL Instruction in PLC [Scale Data] Use with processors SLC 5/02SLC 5/03SLC 5/04SLC 5/05 All MicroLogix Example Description Use this instruction to scale data from your analog module and bring it into the limits prescribed by the process variable or another analog module. For example, use SCL to convert a 4-20 mA input signal to a PID process variable. Or use SCL to scale an analog input to control an analog output. When rung conditions are true, this instruction multiplies the source by a specified rate. The rounded result is added to an offset value and placed in the destination. You can use indexed or indirect addresses for the source or destination parameters. Equations used in calculating a linear relationship: Scaled value = (input value x rate) + offset Rate = (scaled max. - scaled min.) / (input max. - input min.) Offset = scaled minimum - (input minimum x rate)   Entering Parameters Values must be between -32768 and +32767 for the following para...

Switching Mode Power Supply using STR

Infrared Emitter and Detector using IC 74LS14

Image
This circuit have applied to line detection of robot project, Good match between the transmitter and the detector is important for proper operation, especially if the hole is large. Robot with a simple object or obstacle detection. Infrared Transmitter detector pair sensors are relatively easy to implement, although involved some degree of testing and calibration in order to make correct. They can for the impediment, motion detection, transmitters, encoders are used, and the color detection. Infrared Emitter and Detector using IC 74LS14 Circuit Diagram: This can be done with a piece of rope stretched between and in accordance with LED and phototransistor. A length of stiff wire or plugs can be used to set the alignment. Another method that can be used for long distances is a laser pointer shone through a hole.
